Summary by : Emiko (emichansribon@yahoo.com) HTML-ized by : Flipper (http://www.suzaku.nu) A brief intro of the characters involved : -Miruku [or the 'milk' part of the title] Miruku is a cheery 14 year old girl who lives in Orange Town. She is very happy go lucky and sometimes (or most of the time) a little dense. She loves riding horses and is always being underestimated by her horse, City. -B / Bee [I think his name comes from the 'vitamin' part of the title] (I'll call him Bee to avoid confusion) Bee is Miruku's childhood friend. He is a little lewd, but he's just being a typical 'adoloescent' teenage boy. He's also 14, I think. He is the son of a farmer who own Vitamin Farm. -Keito He looks like a girl, but rest assured he's a boy. He is a cute and sweet side character who is good friends with Bee, Miruku and Jean. -Jean She is Miruku's best friend. Jean looks more mature than most of the characters. -Pricilla [or 'Purishea'] Pricilla is a very conceited girl. She thinks she is the most beautiful girl in Orange Town (but she is pretty and has quite a figure ^^;). She is from a wealthy family, I think. -Earl [or 'Aaru'] A rich, pretty boy. He owns a white dove called Emeralda. He is very polite unlike Bee. Earl is from Lavender Kingdom and he is a prince. -Auntie Elza Miruku's auntie. She owns a cafe in Orange Town. Miruku has lived with her ever since she was little. -Ellen Bee's older sister. Miruku admires her. Milk to Vitamin by - Ootsuka Yumi Chapter 1 The chapter starts off with Miruku riding to meet Keito and Bee. They have found an old abandoned cottage which is quite cute. Miruku loves it, but Bee says he doesn't know if they can have it. They decide to let Jean in on the secret also. Miruku is really happy because she loves to keep secrets like this. Then she tells Keito and Bee that there's a party at her house the next day because there's going to be a 'rich girl' come to stay at Miruku's house. Bee refuses at first, but as soon as he hears 'girl', he decides to come (^^;). Miruku is mad at him for that and she has a frown on her face when she gets home. Miruku's house is the small cafe that her Auntie Elza owns. Her parents died when she was young so Elza took her in. Elza tells Miruku to clean up the old room next to hers because the 'girl' is coming to stay. Elza says that they'll get along just fine. Miruku is told that the 'girl' is called Earl [or Aaru] and she is fair with bright eyes and silky hair. (Anyone would mistake that description for a girl!) Miruku is really excited of having the new visitor because it would be like having a sister. She cleans up the room straight away. The next day, Miruku goes to school with a cute ribbon in her hair. Jean compliments her and asks why she's all dressed up. Miruku invites Jean to the party as well, then Pricilla overhears and invites herself to the party. (^^;) Pricilla says that the ribbon looks stupid on Miruku because ribbons are for pretty people like her. Then Miruku says that the 'girl' who is coming to the party is way prettier than Pricilla and they argue. Keito and Bee catch up with them all dressed up too. Bee is wearing nice black pants, a white shirt and tie and Keito is wearing a weird tuxedo- ish shirt with a bow tie and shorts. Bee says they're dressed like that because it's a party and Miruku thinks he's dressed weird. Pricilla says he suits it and asks him to escort her to the party, kisses him and leaves. Bee comments on her body and says that all girls should be like that. Miruku ignores him and Jean thinks to herself that Bee is an idiot for saying that to Miruku. Miruku is walking ahead and Bee says that they'll come and meet the 'girl' as well. Miruku makes a really ugly face at Bee and storms off. Jean tells Bee that he shouldn't say things like he said about Pricilla in front of Miruku because she's still child-like. Miruku thinks about when Bee started to think about girls like that, even though she's known him since they were little. She sulks, then thinks that she'll still have Jean and Keito. Then Pricilla pops up and says Miruku has her too. Miruku says she doesn't need to come. Then a dove comes flying at them and attacks Bee. Bee gets angry and chases it. They lose sight of the dove and then they hear a voice say "Emeralda!" and see that there's a bishounen (pretty boy) sitting by a tree. Miruku thinks he's like a prince, but Bee steps up to him and asks him about the dove. Bee is about to punch the bird, but instead he hits the tree. Pricilla introduces herself and says that they're from Orange Town. The boy is glad because he needs to go there and he's lost. They agree to show him around, but then he says he can't move because he's hungry. Miruku gives him an apple and he doesn't know how to eat one. They teach him how and move off. Bee thinks he's a bit weird. Then Miruku remembers that they were meant to meet Earl at the water fountain. They rush over there, but she's not there. Bee says it's his fault because he chased the dove. They're walking home when Miruku trips on the bridge and the boy catches her. Miruku is surprised and thinks that he's just a like a fairy tale prince. When they get home, Elza asks why they're so late and to bring Earl quickly. They say that they couldn't find Earl and Elza gives them a face. They brace for the shouting, but instead Elza tells them that Earl is right there. They realise that Earl is a boy!
