P.S. I am not too confident with the translation of the
title.... a jyukai (according to my
mum ^^;) is like a gnarly ugly, dark, evil looking forest
that is near the ocean, instead of up
near mountains and hills (as forests are meant to be near
hills) and it's like a place that
people don't go near and therefore, is an ideal spot to kill
someone.... aieee... do you think I
could translated that into one word/phrase!? ^^; Sorry ^^;
Anyway, I hope none of you are
offended by this outburst ^^; Anyhowy dooey, so I just left
it as 'a forest by the sea'
because yeah ^^; I have no other way to put it.... If anyone
knows the word... well, tell V-chan
or me (I'm curious...) so it can be fixed up and another one
of my life time translation

[Jeanne is drinking holding a paper cup]
[Miyako is eating cake]
Jeanne : You want me to steal your brother's painting!?
[Miyako nods]
[They are sitting on top of a roof having tea and cake]
Jeanne : THAT brother, the one who looks so kind!? The one who's short sighted!? The one who
sulks for the whole day if he doesn't eat a banana for
lunch!? THAT brother!?
Miyako : How come you know those things?
[Jeanne panics]
Miyako : My brother.... about three months ago, after he
bought a beautiful painting, started
to act a little strange. I don't know how to put it, but...
he's been cold... he won't smile....
Theses days, he's cooped up in his lab and won't return to
the house.
Jeanne : And why does that mean I have to steal his
painting?
Miyako : ...When you steal a painting, the person who was
bad, returns to being good!
Jeanne : What!? [panics]
Miyako : I don't know why though
Jeanne : [sigh of relief] Ohhhh, I thought the fact about
the evil spirit was found out
Miyako : What? Evil spirit?
[Jeanne panics]
Miyako : My brother... he was inventing a machine to stop
earthquakes. It wasn't accepted by the
scientific society and because of that, he's using that same
machine to create earthquakes...
[Miyako slams her hands on the roof top. She is begging.]
Miyako : I know it's strange that the daughter of a police
man should ask a thief something like
this. I also know it's against the rules.... but please
Jeanne! Steal my brother's painting!!
[Jeanne is stunned]
[Miyako is trembling]
Jeanne monologue : Yes or no? Isn't that obvious?
Jeanne : Sure...
[Miyako screams happily]
[Sinbad is standing under a tree below them]
Jeanne monologue : I've told myself ever since I was young,
that I would grant your request
without any conditions. It's a very rare request from you,
being the selfish person that you are.
I'll do whatever it takes to grant your request. It's a
promise to myself.
Miyako : What did you say!? Marron went home!? Why! Without
telling me!
Miss Pakkyalamao : She said she was going to the doctor
Miyako : Doctor!?
[sudden realisation]
Miyako : Oh no, perhaps Marron is pretending to be sick and
she asks Chiaki to come with her,
making him walk her to her room then saying "My illness
is....is love" then getting closer to him
with her innocent eyes. Then the surprised Chiaki will trip
over a back scratcher and falling
and without any means.... (in small print) Ohhh, how
fearful...
Miss Pakkyalamao : The fact that you can imagine that much
with the aspect of going to the
doctor's makes me more fearful of you...
Miyako : I can't just stand here! I must go after her
immediately!
Miss Pakkyalamao : Don't pretend you didn't hear it! And
you've casually added my ending word
on sentences!!
(note : Miss Pakkyalamao (or Pakkyalamao sensei) always adds
'zamasu' on the end of her sentences
and I have no way of translating that so I haven't included
them... here, Miyako adds 'zamasu')
[Miyako runs off]
Miyako : [opening the door of a class room fiercely] Marron!
Minazuki : Oh! Toudaiji san! It's horrible that you've left
the day duties for me to do, even
though it's your turn today!
Miyako : Adios! (Spanish for goodbye)
Minazuki : Hey!
[Miyako slams into the door]
Minazuki : Well, well! That's what happens when you try to
run away!
Miyako : You're so fussy! Anyway, it's not your turn to be
on duty today. (in small print) On
the attendance roll, I'm number 28 and you're number 15.
Minazuki : Terakawada kun is away today so being the class
rep, I am substituting.
Miyako : Oh, is there such thing as a day duty diary? (in
small print) It's the first time I've
seen it.
Minazuki : [crying] [thinks] Now I think I understand why
Terakawada kun is away so many times...
[The ground shakes]
Minazuki : Oh, an earth quake
[Miyako panics]

Minazuki : Anyhow, when Marron san is doing her gymnastics,

Miyako : [is in super deformed duck form] Compared to you,
anyone could look even a little

Minazuki : [reading a 'Jeanne Anime Paper'] Ohh, she sure
does look alike!
Miyako : Huh?
Minazuki : Marron san and mysterious thief Jeanne. Her
expressions and her voice... at that
contest, Nagoya kun was saying something like that...
[Miyako slaps him]
Minazuki : Wha.. Why did you do that!?
Miyako : That's because you were saying idiotic things!
[Minazuki is sulking]
Miyako : If you say that one more time, I won't let you
anywhere near Marron!
Minazuki : .... Then what about Nagoya kun? Is he allowed
to? Toudaiji san, aren't you worried?
That Nagoya kun made Marron san cry?
Miyako : Of course! I'm very very worried! But Marron won't
say anything about it so I won't
ask. If it's something that's painful for her, I don't want
to remind her of it. She always
made sure that she never cried in front of people so in a
way, pretending not to notice is being
kind. But when Marron does come to tell me, then, I'll slap
Chiaki! It doesn't matter who it is,
I won't forgive them! I, Toudaiji Miyako, won't forgive anyone
who hurts Kusakabe Marron!
[Minazuki is stunned]
Miyako : [getting up from chair] Well, seeing as we've
written the diary, I'm going! You lock up!
Minazuki : Who is more important to you, Marron san or
Nagoya kun!?
Miyako : [smiles] Isn't that obvious?
[At some house]
Marron : So this is the place.... the lab that Miyako's
brother is cooped up in.....
Finn : [pouting] You easily accepted Miyako's request, but
what if it isn't the work of an
evil spirit?
Marron : We'll sort that out then. We'll have to take the
real painting then.
Finn : What? But then you're being a bad person!
Marron : [pressing doorbell] Well, if it comes to that then
I'll sneak it back later. It doesn't
have to be to her brother, but to the Toudiji household.
[Marron is smiling at the door]
Marron : Hm?
[Presses the doorbell furiously]
Finn : It doesn't matter how many times you press the
doorbell, if he's not in, then he's not in!
Marron : [grabbing a ledge] Then I'll just check where the
painting is. The rosary might
react to it. I'm not the gymnastics team's ace for nothing!
[hauling herself onto the ledge]

[Marron peeks through the window]
Miyako's brother : I won't let anyone get in my way
Marron : [thinks, pouting] Hey! He is in!
Miyako's brother : Using this device to affect the gravity
using a satellite, I'll create a major
earth quake, then I'll be respected as a scientist.
Marron : [thinks] Wha-what!? What kind of horrible thing is
he planning!? Even if it isn't
Miyako's request, I won't let it happen! I'll knock down
that evil nature!
[The rosary beeps]
Marron : [thinks] It is an evil spirit!
[Marron slips from the ledge, surprised by the sound of the
rosary]
[Chiaki jumps out, catching her]
[There is a loud thudding and Miyako's brother hears it]
Marron : Ow....
[She is pulled down]
Marron : [thinks] Chiaki!
Chiaki : [holding her] Don't make me worry so much.
Marron : Wha-what are you doing here!?
Chiaki : I heard you and Miyako talking yesterday. I thought
you might be doing something
extreme again.
Marron : .... [sweatdrop]
[Chiaki sits up, then winces]
Marron : Chiaki! Did you hit your back?
[He takes her hand]
Chiaki : [grinning] Nope, not at all
[Chiaki holds Marron down and is on top of her]
Marron : Argh! I got trapped again! It's terrible~~~
Chiaki : This is the best set-up for me. I'm very happy~!
Marron : Idiot! Get off me!
Chiaki : Oh... I dunno....
[Finn is trembling]
Finn : Finn chan beam!
[a beam strikes from her eyes onto Chiaki's hands]
Chiaki : Aaaah!
(in small print) Mother angel Finn chan
Finn : You... Can you not advance on my Marron!? It's still
before marriage!
Chiaki : Marron's pet!
Finn : [scowls] Finn isn't a pet! I'm not a pet! I'm not a
pet!
[cries]
Finn : Waa~~ Marron!!
Marron : Hey Chiaki! Can you stop picking on Finn?
[Access pops out]
Access : What!? Oi Chiaki! Don't make my Finn cry!
Finn : Why do I have to be yours, Access?
Chiaki : Well she got in the way, just as I was seducing you
Marron!
Marron : What are you saying you idiot!
[Miyako's brother opens the door]
Miyako's brother : There's no one here
[The four of them are hiding behind a bush]
Miyako's brother : Hm? A golden crucifix?
[Miyako panics, looking for her crucifix in her bag]
Marron : [thinks] It's not here! It's not here!
Miyako's brother : Finders keepers!
[The door closes]
Chiaki : You... you didn't...
Marron monologue : I promised Miyako... What am I going to
do? My rosary got taken!! Now I can't
transform into Jeanne~~~~!
[At the lab at night]
Miyako's brother : I don't need any policing Dad, go home.
Miyako's dad : I can't do that under these circumstances.
This is my job.
Miyako : I'll try hard too!
[Her brother walks off]
Miyako : Oh....
[Miyako is teary and runs off]
Finn : And? What are you going to do Marron?
Marron : Well, I'll have to go like this. It all depends

(note : there's way too much to write here, describing how
she looks... anyhow, Marron has a
hair extension ponytail, she has sprayed her hair with
blonde colour. She's got colour contact
lenses, she's wearing earrings. She has a kimono on and
underneath that is a yukata. She has a
hand made crucifix on her and semi-long, white boots. She's
also wearing white gloves)
Miyako : There you are!
Marron : Aaah!
Miyako : Hm? Aren't you different to usual?
Marron : What is!? Not at all! I'm just the same as usual!
No problem!!
[Sinbad looks on with doubt and a sweatdrop]
Miyako : Oh? Are you going through the duct?
Marron : Yes, you're always unprepared in one way or the
other.
[Marron jumps in through the duct]
Marron : Hm? What's this place?
Miyako : It looks like some experimenting lab.... the
painting is in the room next door.
Marron : Oh!
[spots the rosary]
Marron : [thinks] The rosary! There it is!!
Miyako's brother : Welcome, little mysterious thief
Marron : Miyako's brother!
Miyako's brother : Miyako, you're a bad girl too. Both of
you will be scolded.
Miyako : no! I am mysterious thief Cleopatra!
Marron : Cleopatra!?
[Walls suddenly rise up, surrounding Miyako and Marron]
['Cleopatra' is sitting on the wall, rising up]
Marron : Cleopatra!
[The walls close up and water starts pouring in]
Miyako : What?
[They both scream]
Marron : The water.....! [thinks] Aaaah! My hair extensions
are coming off! And the hair colour
is coming out! I'm going to be Marron!
[Sinbad jumps into the room]
Sinbad : I told you not to worry me!
[Daggers fly into the walls]
Sinbad : It's no good... [thinks] Marron!
Marron : I can't breathe... If I was Jeanne, I could easily
break this wall! If I was Jeanne!
Miyako, please, don't die!
Marron monologue : I am so ashamed of myself! Why am I
always so weak? I can't even save my
precious childhood friend...
Voice : ....Marron
Marron : Who is it?
Voice : You hold a large power inside you. You have a power
that can make an ocean sparkle and
make the sky turn clear. Until now, you had to be Jeanne to
be invincible, but that was just with
help from Finn... Are you sure that's what you want? Let
your power awaken, Marron. Let yourself
become strong by dissolving the deep sleep now....
[Marron glows]
[The wall is broken]
Sinbad : Aaaah!
Finn : Her holy power has awoken...
Access : Her holy power awoke...
[Her brother runs out]
[Miyako is coughing]
Sinbad : Jeanne
Jeanne : Take Miyako please, and
[undoes Sinbad's bandana]
Jeanne : Sorry. But I can't let anyone else take this
job.... Let's go Finn!
Access : Sinbad! If your bandana is undone, it's the end!
Sinbad : Well, it can't be helped this time... [his
transformation is reversed]
Miyako : ... Chiaki....
[Miyako's brother slams into the room]
Miyako's dad : What's the matter Subaru kun? (Miyako's
brother)
[Miyako's brother is fiddling levers]
Jeanne : Wait!
[Jeanne runs in]
[The room is shaking and Jeanne trips, falling to the floor]
Jeanne : [thinks] Wha...what? I'm held to the floor!
Miyako's brother (in evil spirit voice) : My invention, my
gravity altering machine. I have
altered the alignment and made this room ten times the
normal gravity. If your weight is
originally 40 kgs, then in this room, you will weigh 400 kg.
You can't even utter a sound.
Miyako : Oh no! We have to help!
Chiaki : Wait! We can't go in the room!
Miyako : But!
Chiaki : Hmmm.... if Jeanne's ribbon could at least get to
the machine.... Ah hah!
[Jeanne hears a noise]
[Miyako is setting a small barricade board in the doorway]
Miyako : Chiaki! Go ahead!
[Chiaki pulls a lever and water pours down]
Jeanne : [thinks] Oh! The ribbon's floating from the
buoyancy.... It's because Miyako poured
the water!
[The ribbon floats to the lever and pulls the lever, turning
the gravity off]
Miyako's brother : What? How?
[Jeanne runs up, sticking the pin in the painting]
Jeanne : Check mate! Tonight, I have stolen the false beauty
again!
[Jeanne jumps out the window]
Miyako : [thinks] The painting's been stolen....
[Miyako gulps]
Miyako : Umm...big brother?
Miyako's brother : [smiles] Hm? What's wrong Miyako?
[Miyako cries]
Miyako : I love you so much!
[In the gardens]
Miyako : Jeanne! Are you there!? This is annoying, but I
will express my gratitude. Thanks...
I think I've started to understand what you're trying to
do... But that doesn't mean I'll stop
chasing after you!! I'll never stop!!
Jeanne : [thinks] All right, all right
[aloud] Hey, how come you only chase me? There's plenty of
other theives in the world.
Miyako : Well... About half a month ago, there were some
people in class talking. They said
Jeanne looked like my childhood friend, Marron. And to prove
Marron's innocence, I want to
capture you.
Jeanne monologue : Then.... all of that.. that was.... that
was all for me? Miyako----
Miyako : Seeya
Jeanne : Wait! If, if I really was your childhood friend,
what would you do?
Miyako : I'd cry...
[Miyako runs off]
Jeanne monologue : We've been togehter for so long and I
didn't even realise.... sorry... sorry
Miyako... Jeanne is me... Jeanne is Marron---
[Jeanne reverses her transformation]
[There is a clunking thudding noise]
Marron : [thinks] What? Hm?
Some guy : Jeanne.....
Marron : [thinks] Some one saw my transformation!!
